Tracer
Table of Contents
Without the focus on their versatile talent, these ‘tracers’ are able to prioritize training on dodging and weaving through the battlefield unharmed, as well as being quick on their feet when they need to be.
Superior Celerity
The tracer’s dodge pool is equal to 75% + 25% per bravo level he attains beyond 2nd.
This alters cunning celerity.
Battle Flow
At 4th level, the tracer retains access to his dodge pool while fatigued, exhausted, or losing his Dexterity bonus to AC, but doing so requires him to spend twice as much from his dodge pool (for example, to get a 20% miss chance, he would have to spend 40% from his dodge pool).
Additionally, the tracer can outwit a creature multiple times in a round.
At 8th level, whenever the tracer would fail to avoid an attack using his cunning celerity ability, he can expend his martial focus or outwit the attacker as a cost to increase the miss chance he gains by 10% against the attack—this ignores the normal maximum miss chance, and can turn a hit into a miss.
Also, for as long as the tracer has at least 100% within his dodge pool, he gains the benefits of evasion, or improved evasion if he is at least 14th level.
At 14th level, whenever the tracer is attacked or otherwise subjected to an effect that he could spend his dodge pool on but is unaware of the attack or effect, he can spend an incredible stunt as a non-action to allow him to use his dodge pool as if he were aware.
At 18th level, the tracer becomes immune to the fatigued and exhausted conditions. Additionally, his dodge pool replenishes after 1 minute instead of 1 hour, although he can spend an incredible stunt as a standard action to fully replenish his dodge pool as well.
This replaces spontaneous technique.
