unwoven
Akashic Spheres: Unwoven Magic
$7.50
These ravelers forgo their martial training, instead focusing their reality warping powers entirely on empowering their magical abilities.

Proficiencies

A casting raveler is proficient with simple weapons, as well as light armor and bucklers.

This modifies the raveler’s proficiencies.

Magic Talents

A casting raveler gains 1 magic talent at every class level.

This replaces the raveler’s blended training class feature.

Bonus Talents

At 1st level, 2nd level, and every 2 levels thereafter, the casting raveler gains a bonus magic talent in addition to those gained from their magic talents class feature.

Focused Magicweaving (Su)

When using their magicweaving ability, the casting raveler gains 1 additional bonus spell point at 1st level, 4th level, 10th level, and 16th level. This is in addition to the number of spell points normally granted by the ability.

This replaces the raveler’s mightweaving class feature, and modifies their magicweaving class feature.

Bonus Feats

At 3rd level, the casting raveler gains a bonus feat. This may be used to gain ravel feats, Extra Magic Talent, drawback, proxy, or theurge feats, or any feat which has casting, a magic sphere, or a magic talent as a prerequisite (item creation feats, metamagic feats, Sphere Focus, Circle Casting, etc.).

At 5th level, and again at 9th, 11th, 15th, and 17th level they gain an additional bonus feat, as above.

This replaces the raveler’s bonus feats, combat casting, improved combat casting, and greater combat casting class features.

Variant High Casting Raveler

A casting raveler can choose to take the following variant to their archetype, granting them high-casting in exchange for reduced capabilities in other areas.

Hit Dice

The casting raveler’s Hit Dice from their raveler levels is reduced to d6.

This modifies the casting raveler’s Hit Dice.

Base Attack Bonus

The casting raveler’s base attack bonus granted by their raveler levels is equal to half their class level.

This modifies the casting raveler’s base attack bonus.

Limited Reflexes

The casting raveler’s bonus to their Reflex saves granted by their raveler levels is reduced to low scaling, equivalent to their normal Fortitude saving throw bonus progression.

This modifies the casting raveler’s saving throw bonuses.

Class Skills

The casting raveler does not gain Acrobatics, Climb, Ride, or Swim as class skills.

This modifies the casting raveler’s class skills.

Casting

The casting raveler may combine spheres and talents to create magical effects. A casting raveler is considered a High-Caster. (Note: All casters gain 2 bonus talents and a casting tradition the first time they gain the casting class feature.)

This modifies the casting raveler’s casting class feature.
